As a community, we expect everyone to take pride in their properties. Concerning our public grounds and common areas, we will continue to strive for the same goals. We hope to maintain the beauty of our public grounds throughout the year.

Our landscaping company will take care of cutting our grass, mulching our trees, applying necessary chemicals to provide lawn care and keeping our grounds free of trash.

We have installed Doggy Poop Stations throughout the neighborhood to help keep the common areas clean. Please encourage any homeowners who have pets to clean up after themselves and take advantage of the stations.

We will continue to improve our common areas by looking for ideas from the community and the landscaping company.
